Congres Nacional
Buenos Aires, Argentina

January 1, 2011

This is the Capitol of Argentine. An International Conference was held at Buenos Aires in August of 1987. It was delayed three years for the Forkland Conflict occured in 1982. At first, the conference was supposed to be held in Argentina in 1984.

The Conference in 1984 was held at Washington D.C. instead of Buenos Aires.

After the conference we visited Iguazu Falls located on the border of Brazil and Argentine. This was a highlight of our tour.

As usual year, I send you a new year's drawing.

With best wishes for a prosperous 2011.
